“This comeback in the Champions League, which comes after four years, is definitely a challenge for us” says head coach Dusko Nikolic. “We know it is going to be difficult since we have been assigned to a strong Pool. TRENTINO just claimed the Club World Championships for the fourth time in Doha so I can only pretend from my guys that they will be playing with glowing hearts”.
For outside hitter Nemanja Jakovlijevic playing against TRENTINO is a great opportunity: “We are not going to Italy by waving the white flag as we want to display some good Volleyball to represent our club as well as our country in a good way. We have the same group as last year so we know our potential. We cannot pose any threat to TRENTINO but we will be fighting for every single point”.
