Iriga’s city player was punished by one-year suspension and a money fine for being involved in the Premier Volleyball League All-Star game on October 29!

The One-League policy clearly says that PSL players are not allowed to play in any other tournament outside the league while still have contracts with PSL clubs…

Only if a player plays for University team, the rule doesn’t apply.

Iriga’s city team has tried to appeal this decision of Philippine SuperLiga, however, the board of the league rejected it.

Last year, Pau Soriano and Lile Mabbayad faced a one-year ban for playing in Shakey’s V-League.
