Chemik Bydgoszcz vs. Skra Belchatow
After Zawiercie’s victory over Resovia, Chemik Bydgoszcz have created a new upset by beating the defending champions PGE Skra Belchatow 3-2!
We are pretty much sure that the fans of Resovia and PGE Skra Belchatow should not make some panic, because it’s just the start of the season. At the same time, it’s some kind of warning for both sides.
The last two sets were amazing, especially the tie-break when Skra managed to reduce a five-point lead of the rival (10-5). However, they couldn’t make a complete comeback…
Nikola Kovacevic (18 points) and Bartlomiej Lipinski (16 points) were the best in the home team, while on the other side Mariusz Wlazly had 21 points.
