Belgium national team outside hitter Leys, the bronze medalist from the 2013 CEV European Championships and silver medalist from the 2013 CEV European League, strengthened current Polish Championship runners-up Budowlani.

A 30-year-old Leys will return to playing in Poland after four years, coming from the Turkish side Galatasaray HDI Sigorta. Last time she played in Liga Siatkówki Kobiet, the outside hitter won the national Cup three times (2 with MKS Dąbrowa Górnicza and 1 with Trefl Proxima Kraków). In addition to these titles, Leys also became the Belgian champion twice and Cup winner once (all with Asterix Avo Beveren). Leys was named MVP of the 2013 CEV European League.

Budowlani also engaged the setter Julia Nowicka (BKS Profi Credit Bielsko-Biała) and extended with middle blockers – Slovakian Jaroslava Pencová and Małgorzata Śmieszek, outside hitters Agata Babicz, Anna Bączyńska and Julia Twardowska, and libero Maria Stenzel.

The middle blocker and also a captain Gabriela Polańska left the club.
