VERVA Warszawa ORLEN Paliwa are back on the place No.1 in the charts of the 2019/20 Polish Men’s Volleyball Championship regular season.

VERVA Warszawa ORLEN Paliwa became the leaders of the 2019/20 PlusLiga regular season after beating Aluron Virtu CMC Zawiercie in 3 sets in Round 18. It was their 9th successive victory in the competition. The rivalry of these is very young as this was only their 6th mutual encounter in the Polish top division, with the team from the country’s capital winning 5 of them.

Warszawa’s duo Bartosz Kwolek and Belarussian Artur Udrys shared the top-scorer of the match recognition with 14 points apiece. Mateusz Malinowski tallied 13 points for Aluron.
