In the first semifinal of the 2019/20 Puchar Polski final tournament in Nysa, Grupa Azoty Chemik Police cruised past the second division side MKS SAN-Pajda Jarosław, who made the biggest sensation of this competition. They eliminated national vice-champions Grot Budowlani Łódź in the quarterfinals. However, in the game worth a spot in the final, they failed to threaten the Liga Siatkówki Kobiet regular season winners: 3-0 (25-16, 25-13, 25-18).
In the second semifinal, DevelopRes SkyRes Rzeszów swept DPD Legionovia Legionowo (3-0). The final match is scheduled tomorrow, Sunday 8, at 17:00 CET.
