After the final match of the 2019/20 Puchar Polski in Nysa, a repeat of the last year’s decider, which was full of twists and turns, Grupa Azoty Chemik Police prevailed over Developres SkyRes Rzeszów: 3-2 (21-25, 25-20, 19-25, 25-23, 15-13).

Cuban Gyselle Silva from the winning side and Katarzyna Zaroślińska-Król from Developres were the top scorers of the match with 25 points apiece. Zuzanna Efimienko-Młotkowska made 6 kill blocks for the silver medalists.

This was the fourth title of Chemik in the last five editions of the national Cup, second in a row. In total, Chemik won the trophy for the eighth time and became the most titled club in the competition, squeezing out BKS STAL Bielsko-Biała to the second place in the list (7 titles).
