Budowlani
Three successive defeats of Grot Budowlani Łódź at the beginning of the 2020/21 Polish Women’s TAURON Liga regular season were followed with a series of wins that got to nine games after they downed Energa MKS Kalisz today.
Led by American Veronica Jones-Perry (23 points, including 4 blocks), Budowlani prevailed in four sets, partially 25-21, 25-14, 21-25, and 25-23. The match was valid for Round 8, which has been postponed earlier.
ŁKS Commercecon Łódź (Katarzyna Zaroślińska-Król 21 points) recorded the fourth win in a row, while DPD Legionovia Legionowo recorded the third win in a row.
