VERVA Warszawa ORLEN Paliwa recorded the fourth successive win in the 2020/21 Polish Men’s Volleyball Championship.

In the outstanding match, valid for the delayed 5th round of the 2020/21 Polish Men’s PlusLiga regular season, VERVA Warszawa ORLEN Paliwa prevailed over Jastrzębski Węgiel after bouncing back from 0-2 in sets and 22-24 in the third set. Partially, it was 18-25, 23-25, 27-25, 25-19, and 15-9.

The team from the Polish capital has definitely stabilized its form, recording the 4th successive win in the competition and settling at fourth place in the standings. As for Jastrzębski, they failed to redeem for a shocking defeat to Stal Nysa, a few days ago. Belgian Igor Grobely highlighted Warszawa with 19 points made through a 78 % attack (18/23).
