“I have not sign anything yet. Negotiations are still ongoing, but I can confirm that we are close to an agreement” – said the Frenchman, who added that his conditions are to complete this season as a player of PGE Skra Belchatow. “It is very important to me, I care about the team” – added Antiga, who would sign with Polish Federation for three years.
Polish media are eager to know will Antiga bring back some players to international squad as Mariusz Wlazłemu, his teammate from Belchatow, for example. “At the moment I do not want to talk about it. After this season we will see who wants and who does not want to play. The national team will be only be the place for the best.”
Antiga also spoke about the possibility that his assistant would be Philippe Blain. “It is possible that this will happen. Together we have worked for 10 years. We know each other well, I know that Philippe is a good person. I believe that the duo would work well and effectively. Philippe has the experience that I don’t, which is why I need such a person” – concluded the Frenchman.
