Grupa Azoty ZAKSA Kędzierzyn-Koźle defeated Aluron CMC Warta Zawiercie in a match full of emotions and missed opportunities for the latter valid for Round 22 of the 2021/22 Polish Men’s Volleyball Championship.
Even though it ended in 3 sets, the encounter between the leading ZAKSA and 4th-placed Aluron in Round 22 was one of the best games of the season in the 2021/22 PlusLiga. Both teams showed excellent defenses, effective blocks, and powerful attacks. In the end, ZAKSA prevailed 3-0, but the result doesn’t reflect the overall excellent level of the encounter as the Kędzierzyn-Koźle took all sets with a 2-point margin, redeeming for a shocking defeat from 3 days ago.
