The reigning champions of TAURON Liga, Chemik, informed that they don’t count on the services of Bojana Milenković in the 2022/23 season. The 25-year-old Serbian outside hitter joined the Police club before the beginning of last season. Although she has many trophies to her credit, such as 2 European titles with Serbia National Team, Milenković won the first club championship in her career exactly with Chemik. She played in 26 league matches, scoring 159 points. Fans will remember her from her performances in the playoffs, especially in the final series against Developres BELLA DOLINA Rzeszów.

Apart from Milenković, Chemik parted ways with Brazilian setter Naiane Rios and outside hitter Aleksandra Lipska thus far in the summer transfer window.

On the other hand, they extended the contract with Iga Wasilewska. The starting middle blocker has been defending the colors of Chemik since 2018. During this time, Wasilewska collected 3 Polish Championships, 3 Polish Cups, and one  Polish Super Cup. Last season, she played in 29 games, scoring 208 points.
