In two matches of the Polish Tauron League 5th roound, ŁKS Commercecon and BKS Bostik ZGO Bielsko-Biała clinched victories in their respective matches.

ŁKS Commercecon Łódź emerged victorious against Grupa Azoty Akademia Tarnów after a grueling match that lasted nearly two hours with a score of 3-1 (25-15, 25-27, 25-20, 25-20). The spotlight shone on Roberta Ratzke, who earned the MVP title with her exceptional play. The win was bolstered by the standout performances of Aleksandra Dudek and Valentina Diouf, who racked up 15 and 13 points respectively. Despite the loss, Grupa Azoty Akademia Tarnów’s Wiktoria Szumera put up a fierce fight, securing 20 points and becoming the match’s top scorer, with Danijela Džaković contributing an additional 12 points.
In the day’s second face-off, BKS Bostik ZGO Bielsko-Biała with a clean sweep defeated ITA TOOLS Stal Mielec, finishing the match 3-0 (25-15, 25-15, 25-19) in just 77 minutes. Paulina Majkowska of BKS Bostik ZGO was the match MVP, and adding 14 points to her team’s tally. Not far behind was Kertu Laak, who was match top scorer with 19 points. The home team, ITA TOOLS Stal Mielec, saw Emilia Mucha leading their scoring with 10 points, followed closely by Pola Nowacka with 8.
