What was expected to be a routine night for Bogdanka LUK Lublin turned into a frustrating evening, as InPost ChKS Chełm left Lublin with a 3–1 victory in Round 16 of the PlusLiga.

The match never truly settled into a smooth rhythm. Errors crept in on both sides, rallies were often broken early, and the quality fluctuated. Still, there was plenty of emotion. Lublin, playing just 48 hours after celebrating their Polish Cup triumph, shuffled their lineup, and the hosts never fully found their flow.
Chełm, meanwhile, played with urgency and belief. Fighting to stay in the league, the visitors took their chances, defended bravely, and were sharper when it mattered most. After trading sets, they showed nerves of steel in a dramatic fourth set, edging past Lublin to secure a result few would have predicted before the first serve.
Remigiusz Kapica was the driving force behind the upset. He scored 26 points, attacked with confidence, and was deservedly named MVP. Tomasz Piotrowski added solid support with 16 points.
For Lublin, the points were spread across the lineup. Jakub Wachnik and Jackson Young led the way with 13 points each, while Hilir Henno chipped in 11 and Daenan Gyimah finished with 10. On the night, however, it was not enough to stop Chełm from celebrating a rare and valuable road win.
