POL M: Lublin Strikes Back to Level PlusLiga Finals

Bogdanka LUK Lublin bounced back to defeat Aluron CMC Warta Zawiercie 3–1 in Game 2 of the PlusLiga finals, leveling the best-of-five series at 1–1.

In a far more competitive clash than the opener, Zawiercie took the first set 25–21, but the hosts responded with composure and consistency to claim the next three. Lublin controlled key moments in the second and third sets before edging a tense fourth set to seal the win.

Wilfredo Leon led Lublin with 22 points and earned MVP honors with a 56 percent attack efficiency and one ace. He was supported by Mateusz Malinowski (14 points), while Bartłomiej Bołądź topped all scorers with 27 for Zawiercie. Aaron Russell added 18 in the losing effort.

Game 3 is set for May 2 in Sosnowiec.
