Budowlani have forgotten all about their first defeat in Orlen Liga that occured one week ago and prevailed over hosts, KS Developres SkyRes Rzeszów 3-0 (25-16, 25-12, 29-27).
Interestingly, Rzeszów had a larger number of players that have scored in this match – nine. The winning team had only six, but even that was enough for a smooth win. Sylwia Pycia stood out with 14 points. Joanna Kapturska collected 13 in Rzeszów.
In a duel of two teams with the worst record in Polish league, KS Pałac Bydgoszcz won a tiebreaker against KS KSZO Ostrowiec Świętokrzyski 3-2 (25-18, 21-25, 25-18, 21-25, 15-13).
Ewelina Krzywicka topped Bydgoszcz’s scorers with 19 points as her team achieved first win in Orlen Liga. Sandra Szczygioł noted 22 in Ostrowiec who remained the only winless team in the championship.
