POL M: Boom-boom Zaksa! Resovia on their knees for the second time in finals (VIDEO)

Zaksa once again swept reigning champions in straight sets, which was definitely not expected 3-0 (25-18, 25-19, 25-21). Zaksa players were very inspired and impressively took 2-0 lead in the grand finals of PlusLiga. Thus, they need only one more win to lift the trophy. It is worth mentioning that no team in the history of the Polish Championship was able to reverse the fate of the series when already losing 2-0.

Resovia coach Andrzej Kowal pulled out Bartosz Kurek and Fabian Drzyzga during the second set and did not bring them back on court until the end of the match. Belgian Sam Deroo was the best scorer in Zaksa with 17 points. Belarusian with Polish passport Olieg Achrem scored 10 in Resovia.

In the series for the 3rd place, PGE Skra Bełchatów took 2-0 lead against Lotos Trefl Gdańsk. They also beat rivals in straight sets for the second time 3-0 (25-13, 25-10, 25-21).
