Foppapedretti tied semifinal series against Nordmeccanica Piacenza 1-1 by taking victory on road 3-1 (21-25, 25-19, 25-19, 25-23) and prolonged the decision on the first finalists to Game 3.
Foppapedretti can mostly thank Miriam Sylla (18 points) for an important victory. Since she has entered at the end of the first set, she completely changed the course of the clash, dragging her team to success along with Croatian Katarina Barun (21 points).
On the other side, Indre Sorokaite and Dutch Floortje Meijners scored 15 each.
