Developres SkyRes Rzeszów
The first four teams will fight for the title and they are Chemik Police (70 points), Developres SkyRes Rzeszów (64), ŁKS Commercecon Łódź (61) and Budowlani Lodz (52).
Teams will play on two wins. In the first match, the host will be the better-ranked team while in the second match the host will be the team that took a lower place. In the eventual third match, the host will once again be the better team.
The 5th and 6th ranked teams (Pila and Proxima Krakow) will play for the 5th place, while teams from the 7th to 10th place (Muszyna, Bielsko Biala, Ostrowiec and Impel Wroclaw) will play on two wins.
The 11th Legionowo and 12th Bydgoszcz will fight for the place in Kobiet Ligi for season 2018/2019. The winner will stay in the league while the 12th will play against the team from the First League for the place in Superleague.
The 13th Budowlani Torun and 14th Dabrowa Gornicza left Kobiet Liga.
