Last day of strong tournament ”VIII Memorial Platonov” has come to an end. Even though Zenit Kazan won their match against Lokomotiv Kharkov, they are out of the semifinals due to two loses in the previous rounds.
Pyrrhic victory for Zenit
Today Lokomotiv Kharkov and Isku will play for the 7th place while a bit later Zenit will face Izumrud in battle for the 5th position.
Later today, Yaroslavich and Belorussia will try to go trough the final while the last match of the day will be second semifinals where Russian champion Belogorie is meeting Avtomobilist.
Match for 3rd place is scheduled for tomorrow at 10 am, while final will take place two hours later.
