
In Saint Petersburg, the final series for third place in the Russian PARI Super League 2023/24 kicked off with a thrilling five-set showdown between Leningradka and Zarechie Odintsovo.
The reigning bronze medalists, Leningradka, edged out their rivals from the Moscow region in a nail-biting match that ended 3-2 (25:22, 22:25, 19:25, 25:23, 15:11). Both teams fought fiercely, showcasing top-tier volleyball.
Standout performances came from Anastasiya Harelik (Leningradka) and Olga Biryukova (Zarechie Odintsovo), who scored 27 points each for their respective teams.
The next clash in the best-of-five series will be held again in Saint Petersburg on April 9.
