Victor Ushakov, a former coach of Omichka Omsk Region, is hired by the Russian Division 2 team, Hara Morin Ulan-Ude.

He is specialized in working with youth categories, especially in Omichka, where he spent two previous seasons.

In 2009, Ushakov was the head coach of the Russian student national team at the Universiade in Belgrade (Serbia).

He worked as an assistant in Omichka, then he was moved to the position of a head coach. In 2011, he was replaced by Vladimir Kuzyutkin.

Hara Morin has qualified for the Russian Super League, but withdrew from participating in the topflight.

So, the club will start the new season in the second rank of Russian volleyball.
