Tetyukhin
This information has been confirmed by Russian track and field athlete Yelena Isinbayeva.
“Our flag bearer at the Olympic Games in Rio has already been picked. He is a great athlete, Olympic champion, volleyball player Sergey Tetyukhin” writes Isinbayeva on Instagram.
It’s going to be Tetyukhin’s sixth Olympic Games. He won four medals so far: one gold, one silver and two bronze medals.
Recall that Tetyukhin won’t be playing for the Russian national team after the Olympic Games…
