SRB M: European champions starting with preparations

After a very short vacation, men`s senior national team of Serbia on Wednesday 24th July, begins preparations for the 2013 ECV European Championship, which will take place in Denmark and Poland of 20-29 September.

A head coach of Serbia, Igor Kolaković, has invited 17 players:

Setters: Vlado Petković (Kaleh, Iran), Aleksa Brđović (Skra Belchatow, Poland), Nikola Jovović (Friedrichshafen, Germany)

Opposites: Saša Starović (Verona, Italy), Aleksandar Atanasijević (Perugia, Italy), Dušan Petković (Crvena zvezda)

Libero: Nikola Rosić (Luigano, Swityerland), Filip Vujić (Crvena zvezda)

Middle blockers: Dragan Stanković (captain, Lube Macerata, Italy), Marko Podraščanin (Lube Macerata, Italy), Milan Rašić (ACH Volley Ljubljana, Slovenia), Srećko Lisinac (Berlin, Germany).

Receivers: Miloš Nikić (Gubernia Nizhny Novgorod, Russia), Nikola Kovačević (Ural Ufa, Russia), Uroš Kovačević (Modena, Italy), Marko Ivović (Paris Vollez, France), Nemanja Petrić (Perugia, Italy).

The Serbian team will train in Belgrade until 01 August, when they will go in Kranjska Gora in Slovenia.
