TUR M: Fenerbahçe extend winning streak to 5 games to lead title race with Galatasaray

Fenerbahçe HDI Sigorta extended their winning streak in the 2019/20 Turkish Men’s Volleyball Championship regular season to five games.

Fenerbahçe HDI Sigorta’s impressive run in the 2019/20 AXA Sigorta Efeler Ligi regular season is in progress. In Round 9, they prevailed over İstanbul Büyükşehir Belediyesi Spor Kulübü by a 3-1 (27-25, 25-20, 23-25, 25-21) and tied with the leaders Galatasaray HDI Sigorta in the charts at 8-1 and 23 points.

The Dutchman Wouter Ter Maat and Cuban Salvador Hidalgo Oliva led “Fener” to a win with 23 and 21 points, respectively. Abdulsamet Yalçın scored 17 points for the losing side.

İstanbul Büyükşehir Belediyesi Spor Kulübü – Fenerbahçe HDI Sigorta 1-3 (25-27, 20-25, 25-23, 21-25)
