Round 19 of the 2021/22 Turkish Men’s Volleyball Championship brought the big match in every aspect between Ziraat Bankkart and Arkas Spor.
The encounter in Ankara between Ziraat and Arkas valid for Round 19 of the 2021/22 AXA Sigorta Efeler Ligi justified the expectations of all volleyball enthusiasts in Turkey. It was a duel of the two teams from the Top-4 in the charts in which the former prevailed after coming back from 0-2. The Dutchman Wouter Ter Maat highlighted Ziraat with 26 points. Cuban Oreol Camejo set up 4 blocks. Ziraat remained in 2nd place in the standings, while Arkas fell to 4th position.
Arkas’ place prior to the match today was now overtaken by Fenerbahçe HDI Sigorta, who prevailed over the biggest sports rivals in the country, Galatasaray HDI Sigorta, in 4 sets and moved up to 3rd place.
Beating Yeni Kızıltepe Spor with a score of 3-1, Spor Toto occupied No.5 in the charts, pushing Galatasaray down to 6th place.
