In the playoff semifinal series of the women’s Sultanlar Ligi in Turkey, VakifBank overturned the result of the first leg by winning 3-0 against Fenerbahce in Game 2 after losing 1-3 in the first leg. However, Fenerbahce clinched the series victory by winning the golden set with a score of 15-11.
Despite VakifBank’s impressive performance in the second game, Fenerbahce managed to hold on to their advantage and secure a spot in the Finals. The final will be contested between Eczacibasi and Fenerbahce after Eczacibasi won both of their semifinal matches against THY with scores of 3-2 and 3-1 respectively.
