Galatasaray HDI Sigorta Men’s Volleyball Team has bolstered its lineup by signing experienced setter Arslan Ekşi and Brazilian outside hitter Victor Alexsander Almeida Cardoso (Birigui) on two-year contracts.
Arslan Ekşi, who has been with Ziraat Bank for the past four seasons, brings a wealth of experience to the team. Born in 1985, Ekşi began his volleyball career with Arçelik in 2001 and has played for notable clubs including Fenerbahçe, VfB Friedrichshafen, İBB Spor Kulübü, Lokomotiv Novosibirsk, Halkbank, Spor Toto, and Ziraat Bankkart. His career is highlighted by multiple national titles and international representation with the Turkish national team.
Victor Cardoso, born in 1999, joins Galatasaray from Chaumont Volley-Ball 52, having previously played for Vôlei Itapetininga and SESI São Paulo.
