Eczacıbaşı İstanbul from Turkey did not have a problem to eliminate Bulgarian champions Maritza Plovdiv from the second round of the 2017 CEV Women’s Volleyball Champions League Qualifications. They did it with a double 3-0 win.

But, some of Maritza players showed that they could have a more important role at some of the next editions of the tournament like Viktoriya Grigorova who set up a huge one-on-one block to Brazilian star Thaísa Daher. And screamed like hell afterwards!
