As Acqua Paradiso MONZA plays the return match in the Challenge Round of the 2012 CEV Volleyball Cup with Remat ZALAU, the Italians can re-start their adventure from the relatively easy away win claimed last week in Romania. The club has launched a special ticketing campaign for the game coming up on Thursday with children up to 14 years of age paying only 0,50 € for watching the game while all other fans will get their tickets for 5 Euros.

MONZA remains focused even after away win in Romania

After a very long trip that lasted for some 12 hours to reach Baia Mare, MONZA got back from Romania to lose only at the tie-break to Andreoli LATINA this past weekend in the last round of the national league. Team captain Marco Molteni will be back in action for MONZA after missing the first match in Romania and setter Tsimafei Zhukouski – who was out for two months while playing for Croatia’s national team at the home Olympic qualifier in Osijek – is also fit again and ready to play.
“We really want to make it to the semis” says head coach Emanuele Zanini, “and we hope many fans will be at our side. We know each game is a different story and so we will try to be ready to play this opponent both technically and mentally”.
