Verona Volley announced the contract extension of their leading player, Noumory Keita, who will remain with the team until 2027.
The 2001-born outside hitter from Mali has been a key figure for Verona since his arrival in 2022. Over 80 matches, Keita has delivered an extraordinary 1,252 points, 109 aces, 68 blocks, and claimed 17 MVP awards. Currently leading the SuperLega scoring charts with 375 points this season, he continues to solidify his reputation as one of the league’s top talents.
“I’m delighted to stay in Verona, a city that welcomed me warmly two years ago,” Keita said. “The support from the club, my teammates, and the fans has been incredible. I’m proud to wear the Rana Verona jersey and excited to achieve more great things together.”
