Aleks Grozdanov signed with BOGDANKA LUK Lublin as their new middle blocker.
Grozdanov leaves Italy after winning the 2022 CEV Cup with Volero Volley Monza. Last season, he helped his team, Rana Verona, secure fifth place in the league, earning recognition as one of the top blockers with 43 block kils and a 60% attack success rate.
Grozdanov recently led Bulgaria in the Nations League, scoring 59 points in eight matches. BOGDANKA LUK Lublin’s vice president, Maciej Krzaczek, praised Grozdanov’s versatility and dynamism, expressing confidence in his potential to contribute significantly to their goals in PlusLiga and European competitions.
