It’s Official! Fenerbahçe Opet parted ways with head coach Stefano Lavarini. Under his leadership in the 2023-24 season, the team won the AXA Sigorta Kupa Voley and the Sultanlar Ligi Championship. The club expressed gratitude for his contributions and wished him success in his future career.
Lavarini, currently the coach of the Polish national team, is rumored to be joining Italy’s Vero Volley Milano next season. His departure follows Fenerbahçe’s semifinal loss in the CEV Champions League to Milano, who eventually finished as runners-up.
