Luke Reynolds has been named the new head coach of Norwid Częstochowa ahead of the 2026/27 PlusLiga season.
The Australian coach is well known within volleyball circles for his work in elite programs across Europe and internationally. Although he has held head coaching stints in Poland, Germany and Sweden, much of his experience at the highest level has come as an assistant coach, including spells with Jastrzębski Węgiel and the Australian national team under fellow Australian Mark Lebedew.
Reynolds has built a reputation as a hardworking and progressive coach. His career has also included coaching roles in North America, most recently at Pepperdine University.
Now, the Melbourne native will be tasked with leading Norwid into a new chapter as the club seeks to continue their path in Poland’s top flight
