Generali Haching has announced that it is stepping out from Bundesliga due to financial problems. One of the most successful clubs in Germany in the last five years (4 times Cup winner, 3 times league runner up, 3 times participant of the Champions League) simply did not have any other solution…
“We are disappointed that we did not manage to save top level volleyball in Haching. No one can guess how many conversations we had in pursuit for sponsors. We struggled to find a solution, but despite our efforts we were unsuccessful. That is why we had to withdrew from Bundesliga” said Josef Kock, club’s Manager.
So there will be no Haching in the next season of German Championship. What will happen with this club in future?
