FIVB procedure for Financial Disputes STEP 9: CAS (Court of Arbitration for Sport)

Decision of the FIVB Tribunal can be appealed to the CAS (Court of Arbitration for Sport) in Lausanne, Switzerland.

You cannot make appeal to the FIVB nor continental confederation. The appeal should be made within 21 days from receiving the decision of FIVB Tribunal.
