Spiridonov
The reason of leaving the European champions is very simple – he wants to play more! In the next season, Spiridonov will play in Yenisey.
“I am thankful to Zenit for the last two seasons. I can’t complain we won almost everything. I had great relation with the fans and I’m leaving this franchise with the great memories” says Spirik.
Have you talked about the new contract in Zenit?
“Zenit Kazan is my second home, but it’s my decision to change the team. It’s hard to play when your competitors are two best receivers in the world. I believe that I’m going to play in Yenisei more than in Zenit” says Spirik.

Spiridonov was the biggest Kazan’s supporter. Zenit won’t find anybody as good as Alexiej. Such a shame !
