Bulgaria needs only one set in a match versus Czech Republic to secure the first place in Pool I and place in Poland. Serbia is on top of the Pool J and needs two sets out of Portugal to stay at the first place. Same situation with Germany who needs two sets in game versus Turkey. In a match where France meets Belgium, winner goes to the World Championship. In Pool M Finland needs a point to secure the top spot.
Women
There’s a much clearer situation when it comes to women. Turkey needs a point versus Romania to secure first place. Serbia and Azerbaijan play head to head for the top spot, as well as Poland vs Belgium and Netherlands vs Croatia. Bulgaria secured the World Championship berth.
