Azerbaijan will face the Netherlands and Bulgaria taking on Turkey to determine the eventual leaders in Pool E and C. Though Turkey and Bulgaria will have to contest one additional match on Sunday, the winners of these fixtures will book their tickets to Japan – where the 2018 edition of the FIVB Women’s World Championship will take place.
Russia (Pool A), Italy and Belgium (Pool D) and Gebrmany (Pool F) boast an immaculate record of three wins in as many matches and will be trying to extend their positive streak into the weekend to secure their trip to Japan.
