In the all-Tunisian gold medal encounter at the 2021 Women’s Club African Championship – which was also held in Tunisia – in the city of Kelibia – CF Carthage swept CS Sfaxien by a 3-0 (25-16, 25-23, 25-22). Thus, the team from the Tunisian capital of Tunis maintained their perfect record at the competition that has seen them win all their 7 matches without dropping a set. Similar to what Espérance Sportive de Tunis did in the men’s tournament, a few days ago.

Carthage setter Marwa Barhoumi was named MVP of this year’s Club African Championship, which her team won for the 2nd time – the first time in 4 years.
