Thailand outplayed Vietnam, South Korea were stronger than Indonesia, China defeated the Philippines while Japan crushed Kazakhstan. All four matches were finished after three sets.
In the semifinals, Thailand will face South Korea while China will play against Japan.
But, the news of the day, however, is the injury of the young Thai spiker Chatchu-On Moksri, so far the team’s best scorer.
