Cruzeiro-vs-Sesc
Cruzeiro surprisingly easy beat Sesc in a direct duel for the first place in the charts of the 2019/20 Superliga Masculina regular season: 3-0 (25-17, 25-21, 25-20). It was the match valid for the seventh round played in advance due to Cruzeiro’s participation in the FIVB Club World Championship, between December 3 and 8, that coincides with this round of Superliga.
Argentinean Facundo Conte top-scored for Cruzeiro with 16 points. Wallace Souza tallied 10 points for Sesc, while Conte’s compatriot Jan Martínez made 88% reception (16 digs, 56% excellent). With the victory, Cruzeiro settled at the top of the charts with 5-0 and 14 points, two points more than the vice-leaders EMS Taubaté Funvic. As for Sesc, they suffered their second defeat in a row.
