“Their team has a very strong blocking power, we had to be careful. We reversed the situation in the first set, we imposed our service and we played well from that point in the match” Wallace said.
With the victory, Cruzeiro reached 39 points. As Rio de Janeiro defeated Campinas, however, the team remains in the second place.
In the next round, Cruzeiro meets Minas on Thursday, and Sao Bernardo faces Sesi-SP.
