With the victory, Fluminense moved up to fourth place with eight points, surpassing Sesi Bauru, who were unbeaten before this match.
Opposite Ariane Pinto was the standout performer, earning the MVP award by scoring 22 points. Lara Nobre, Lays Freitas, and Nelmaira Valdez also contributed nine points each to secure the win.
