Gerdau Minas moved into sole possession of first place in the Brazilian Women’s Superliga after defeating Sesc RJ Flamengo 3–0 (25–23, 30–28, 25–17), closing the 19th round.

The victory lifts Minas to 50 points, four ahead of second-placed Flamengo with 46.
Simone Lee, recently recovered from an ankle injury, led all scorers with 20 points for Flamengo. She was followed by Tainara Santos (14), Karina Souza (7), Lorena Viezel (6), and Masa Kirov (5).
For Minas, Hilary Johnson led the way with 16 points and was named MVP. Julia Kudiess added 11 points, Maria Khaletskaya scored 10, and Glayce Vasconcelos chipped in with 9 in the victory.
