Brazilian Women’s volleyball top division team Vôlei Nestlé/Osasco made their first official renewal for the 2017/18 season.

A 25-year-old Ana Beatriz Silva Correa ‘Bia’, the best middle blocker of last season’s Superliga, confirmed contract extension with Osasco, becoming the first player of the club to do so.

Her great display in the 2016/17 season, where she made 107 blocks was rewarded with a call for the Brazilian National Team for 2017. Unfortunately, due to feet injury, Bia will not be able to compete in the Montreux Volley Masters (June 6-11), but is expected to be at the disposal of head coach ‘Zé Roberto’ for the NT obligations that will come afterwards.

These are aother players with whom Osasco want to extend as well.
