Lorenne
Lorenne Teixeira, a 21-year-old Sesi-SP opposite, was mentioned as Osasco’s reinforcement for two months already, but only now she put her signature on the contract with Brazilian Women’s Volleyball Championship silver medalists.
As a member od Sesi last season, Lorenne became the second youngest athlete to be among the best 15 attackers of Superliga (306 points). She did at the age of 20 and despite her team had a rather poor season, finishing at penultimate position in the rankings.
Lorenne was summoned to compete with the Brazilian NT at the 2017 FIVB U23 World Championship in Slovenia (August 27 – September 3).
Osasco also announced renewing a contract with a prospect setter Gabriela Zeni and receiver Bruna Neri.
