The Russia National Team won the gold medal at the 2020 CEV U17 Women’s Volleyball European Championship in Podgorica, Montenegro.

Russia continued their domination over U17 EuroVolley as they won the fifth title in total, the fourth in a row.

In the final match of the 2020 edition, held in the Montenegrin capital of Podgorica, “Zbornaya” beat Turkey with a 3-1 (20-25, 25-16, 25-12, 25-23) and completed a clean sweep of its matches in the tournament – six wins in as many games – dropping just two sets on their way to the trophy.
