In theory, when record holder in number of European volleyball trophies and a team that exists for only five years would meet, the outcome should be more than certain... But, in practice, things might be different.

Dinamo

Dinamo

Dinamo Mocow from Russia is most successful Women’s volleyball club in Europe while Italian side Imoco Volley Conegliano has been on the map of European volleyball only since 2012. But, there are no favorites and underdogs when it comes to the Final Four of the CEV Champions League. Dinamo coach Yuriy Panchenko is aware of this fact before the game vs. Imoco in the semifinals in Treviso, Italy (tonight 20:00 CET).

„We really wanted to get to the Final Four, we dreamed about it. We will prepare, do a thorough analysis of the rivals. Playing with the Italians at home, it’s never easy. But we are still Dinamo! If they are going to surprise us with a quick game, then we will play faster! Turkish teams also have great players, there will not be a single easy game with anyone. These are the best four teams in Europe. And our task is to play and win all the matches to return home with a victory, on a white horse!“ Panchenko stated.
