Former head coach of German and Romanian Men’s Volleyball National Team decided to interrupt his retirement for the offer from Austrian Volleyball Federation to take over its men’s national team.

The 66-year-old announced retirement in March while he was finishing his 19th season with German club VfB Friedrichshafen and 6th season with Romanian Men’s NT.

In his 39-year run as a coach, Moculescu won more than 40 titles: CEV Champions League once, German Championship 19 times, Austrian Championship three times etc.
